the slow fermentation process of naturally leavened bread gives our sourdough it’s characteristic thick crust, soft open crumb, and mellow sour tang; perfect for proper sandwiches or slathering with butter

it is such a privilege to play a tiny part in someone’s celebration and so we make sure to use the best quality seasonal ingredients, plenty of homemade jams and curds, and a bounty of beautiful flowers from our edible cutting garden
